CasaSindhu PropTech ("CasaSindhu", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website at www.casasindhu.com, our dealer portal at dealer.casasindhu.com, our tenant portal at tenant.casasindhu.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Contact Information: Name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number when you submit a rental requirement or register as a dealer.
Rental Preferences: City, locality, BHK requirement, budget range, furnishing preference, property type, and move-in date.
OTP Verification: Your email address for the purpose of verifying your identity via a one-time password (OTP).
Dealer Information: Company name, address, property details, and login email when registering as a property dealer.
Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests sent via email, WhatsApp, or our contact forms.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interactions with the Platform.
Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how visitors interact with our Platform.
Location Data: City-level location inferred from your IP address to personalise content.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Verified Dealers: Your rental requirements (area, BHK, budget) are shared with verified property dealers. Your direct contact details are only shared after you explicitly unlock a lead or consent to be contacted.
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services including Resend (email delivery), WhatsApp Business API (notifications), Cloudflare (hosting & security), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. These providers process data only on our behalf.
Advertising Partners: Aggregated, non-identifying data may be shared with advertising partners (Google, Meta) for platform analytics and ad targeting. You can opt out via your browser or ad settings.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred with prior notice.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database storage with access controls, OTP-based authentication (no passwords stored), regular security reviews, and firewall protection via Cloudflare. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

Rental Requirements: Retained for 90 days after submission, or until deletion is requested.
Dealer Account Data: Retained for the duration of the active account, plus 2 years after closure for legal and audit purposes.
OTP Records: Deleted within 24 hours of generation or use.
Activity Logs: Retained for 5 days for security and debugging.
Communication Records: Retained for up to 3 years for dispute resolution and compliance.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior processing.
Opt Out of Marketing: Opt out of promotional communications by replying STOP to WhatsApp messages or clicking unsubscribe in emails.
Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Our Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
